As President & CEO Kevin’s primary functions includes managing daily operations of LPI EAST, LLC. His responsibilities are: Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Supply-chain Management, Accounting, Estimating & Bidding, Logistics Coordination, Customer Service, Peer Review and Proposal Writing.
Other skills include: Electrical Wholesale Distributor, Shipping Container Supplier & Vendor, Real Estate Consulting, Multi-Design Development, Environmental Management, Program & Project Development.
Kevin manages all areas of the operations which is consistent with the roles and responsibility of a Managing Member. His experience also includes: Architecture & Engineering Design & Drafting – Site Assessment, Planner, Construction Estimating, Construction Research Reports, Site Panning.
Site Development: Site Planning & Design, Pre-planning meetings, Entitlements and Conditional Use Permit, Conceptual Design & Drafting of Architectural/ Engineering plans, Permit Processing, Utility coordination, Pre-construction meetings
Kevin graduated from Union Technical Institute, where he studied Computer Aided Design & Engineering Drawing. After earning an Associates Certificate Kevin began his career working at SAMUEL P. ABATE Architect & Associates. Throughout Kevin’s career he has worked with various architectural & engineering firms, and major corporations. Kevin’s responsibilities included, project designer, team leader, project manager, account executive, business development and managing director. The industries served include Residential, Commercial Office & Hospitality, Retail, Industrial & Warehousing, Religious & Educational Institution.
Kevin is also engaged in the national initiative for redevelopment within urban communities throughout major cities in America. Kevin served as former Vice Chairman of Membership, for the URBAN LAND INSTITUTE “ULI”, former member of International Council Shopping Centers “ICSC”, also served as former Political Affairs Committee member for BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION “BIA”. Kevin is an active member of the political process in supporting the state of California, and the nation’s bi-partisan initiative for emerging countries.
